Question to a reckelss driving or a mechanical failure?

The news of the sudden death of the Singer Manju Mahat was the headlines of many newspapers and Online News Portal last week. She was critically injured when she collided her scooter with a Microbus at Shorhakhutte. In the Grande International Hospital at the capital she breathed her last.

After the tragic end of the popular singer the issue of careless driving has been hanging over to almost all citizens of the nations.

Murder Chargers was ordered to the prepetrators by the Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Bam Dev Gautam but in fact which was not the job of the Minister associate.

The investigation has begun after short time of the tragic accident took place.Sorhakhutte Police were responsible to investigate the case of Mahat's Accident and a file case against the driver.
Driver Rakesh Karki was taken to the custody for the investigation of the case.

After the primary investigatin it was found that the accident was caused due to mechanical failure. The investigation proved that the accident was caused due to break failure which was previous stated by the driver himself.

After the inspection of the surver done it was stated that more than 3,000 similar accidents takes place regularly in the capital.

Around eight months more than 2300 such cases existed.More than 150 loss of life are recorded annually.
