Microsoft confirmed the apps that will be coming to the Xbox One between launch on "Nov. 22 and spring 2014" in a blog post on Xbox Wire this morning. Since many of the apps are television-based, the list is slightly different for each country.
Microsoft has not stated which specific apps will be downloadable at the Xbox One's launch, but we'll update this story as that information becomes available. Here is the current list of confirmed apps sorted by country:
United States: Amazon Instant Video, Crackle, CWTV, ESPN, FOX NOW, FXNOW, HBO GO, Hulu Plus, Machinima, MUZU TV, Netflix, Redbox Instant by Verizon, Target Ticket, TED, The NFL on Xbox One, Twitch, Univision Deportes, Verizon FiOS TV, VUDU
Canada: CinemaNow, Crackle, Machinima, MUZU TV, Netflix, Rogers Anyplace TV, Sportsnet, TED, The NFL on Xbox One, Twitch
